Ventilators
Radial ventilators with an impeller size from 130 mm to 2,500 mm, namely in single-sided or double-sided suction version.
Axial ventilators of the size from 250 mm to 1,250 mm; larger sizes may be supplied on request.
Ventilators are designed to deliver the air mass, purified or with abrasive or adhesive additives, to aggressive environment; temperature of the air mass delivered up to 800 °C (radial ventilators).
Ventilators designed for transport of chemical gases are gastight. Ventilators designed for explosive environments (Zona 1, Zona 2 or also Zona 0 – explosion-resistant ventilators) have been approved by state testing laboratory FTZÚ Ostrava - Radvanice.
The material used is from aluminium alloys, titan alloys through to conventional structural steels and to high-strength or refractory materials. Versions from materials with higher abrasion-resistance may also by supplied.
Ventilators are designed according to user-specified parameters (transport volume, temperature, total pressure, and transported medium). They are thus optimally adapted to specific technology. With respect to that fact that it is mainly a piece production, it is possible to match the design exactly with a customer's requirements.

Service and assembly
Service and assembly of ventilators are made upon an arrangement with the customer.
Other
We also supply ventilator accessories:
- regulation devices on the suction pipe to the ventilator (controlled manually or by servo-drive)
- flexible bearing
- expansion pieces to the suction and discharge flange of the ventilator (balancers)
- noise dampers
- thermal or noise insulation of the ventilator and pipe
- monitoring device to control temperatures and vibrations of bearings or electric motor including register unit (even for an explosive environment)
